PHOTO -MONTAGES IN THE STYLE OF NINA KATCHADOURIAN
During my summer holidays, I took the plane and I wanted - therefore - to make a photographic
series in the manner of Nina Katchadourian. With her series "Seat
Assignment", Nina Katchadourian has gone beyond the established limits of creation. Indeed, the
artist had realized that she spent a lot of time in air transports and that it would be good to be able
to create in them.
She used the catalogues available at airports and snacks. Creation only begins on the plane ... not
before. So I did the same. With the difference that the artist made masterful self-portraits in the
toilets of the plane ;)
In my photos I used different processes such as superimposition, light capture or deflection of
objects. Some photos are poetic and others have a touch of humour.
